No AC at night when it was extremely hot!!! Furniture outdated, requiring urgent replacement!!! Thin walls allowing too much noise from neighbors and the street!!! Wi-Fi connection poor in rooms!!! Inconsistent housekeeping services!!!

My kids wished the pool was heated for swimming. It was disappointing that the website claimed it was open year-round, yet we couldn’t enjoy it fully during our stay.

During my stay, I appreciated the beautiful hotel decor and the large, clean room. The pool was fantastic, providing a refreshing respite after exploring. While breakfast offered limited choices, the friendly staff made my experience enjoyable overall.

It was just a top selection for a short stint in Marrakesh with good price-quality ratio. The reception staff were good, always ready to help. Make sure to check if everything in your room works before settling in.

Lovely experience despite some flaws

Had a nice Junior Suite with a balcony. The staff were super friendly and they even arranged a Moroccan dinner for us when we requested. However, the half-board food was mostly boring pasta and salad, so we ended up eating out a few times. The pool was awesome, though, and breakfast was pretty good.

The staff excelled in customer service, especially a pool bar attendant who meticulously accommodated special dietary needs. The hotel features a stunning lobby and spacious, clean rooms, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the music volume at the pool was often too loud, resulting in a lack of relaxation. Additionally, inconsistent housekeeping—such as replacing towels unpredictably and entering rooms without knocking—was concerning. Breakfast lacked variety, making it a less enjoyable start to the day.

great amenities , but needs some attention to detail

The warm welcome and lovely tea on arrival made a great impression. The comfy beds with fluffy duvets and spacious rooms added to the overall comfort of our stay.

The breakfast spread was a treasure trove of homemade pastries that made my taste buds dance! Plus, the welcoming staff felt like my new Marrakech family, making every morning a delight. The pool was a refreshing oasis to escape the heat...  

would stay here again without hesitation

The room was huge with a private balcony overlooking the pool. It had a comfortable bed, a luxurious spa bath, and complimentary toiletries. Staff were super nice and always ready to help. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the outdoor pool was beautifully maintained. Breakfast included fresh juices, made-to-order omelettes, and a variety of pastries.

Housekeeping was inconsistent and frequently missed essentials. We had to call reception daily for missing items like towels and robes. Service at breakfast was unprofessional, and the overall management felt disorganized. My requests for basic room amenities were often overlooked, leaving a disappointing impression of the hotel.

During my recent stay, I enjoyed the mesmerizing Gnawi performances and the cozy lounge atmosphere, which really added a special touch. The pool and spa facilities were perfect for relaxation, offering a refreshing escape. While the breakfast selection could've been better, the overall vibe made up for it! 😊

Would recommend for a weekend escape

Clean room, friendly staff, and convenient location helped make our stay enjoyable, especially with the close proximity to the city bus tour stop just around the corner.
